Who doesn’t love sitting on the edge of the sea and gazing out on the horizon! Sometimes we are watching a sunrise or a sunset as the colors shift and delight us. Sometimes the sun is high and we are feeling it burn our skin as we soak in the Vitamin D and hear the waves crashing, settling our souls.
