Working directly with an artist to create a piece for your home or as a gift is a unique, very personal experience. As an Intuitive Abstract Artist it is important for me to have an understanding of many factors before agreeing to create a piece especially for you.

Our first step will be an initial conversation by email to learn more about the process and what you are looking for.

If we both agree to move forward, we will meet either in person or via video for a Commission Consultation (there is a fee for consultation & customization) and complete the Agreement together. I will ask you many things such as what work of mine you are drawn to, your color palette, style & mood desired, size, etc. I will also gather reference material from you such as photos of the area where it will be installed and any inspiration you have gathered.

A 30% deposit of the quoted price will be due for me to begin painting. You are under no obligation to complete the purchase of the completed piece. I will retain your deposit and you may choose to use it towards a future purchase from Georgeanne Smisko Zvodar Studio.

I will create two pieces at the same time, which gives me freedom in my work, and will not send progress images. I will send photos after I feel they are complete and minor adjustments can be made at that time. You will be able to choose from these two unique pieces!
