This is a very personal piece for me. It contains a lot of symbolism and collaged pieces from my BHRT Rx products.
The hormonal journey has been a tough one for me. Bleeding controlled so much of my life from age 11, birth control pills, and then through infertility, the absence of blood, the sad surprise of blood, the relentless work to balance my hormones in the Change of Life. It’s exhausting. But, I’m still here on this earth to experience the struggle, and that’s a gift.
I’m grateful to have the privilege of growing older.
